Meet Karen

Karen Whitcomb is a Transaction Coordinator with the Smith Macdonald Group at Coldwell Banker Carlson in Stowe. She launched her real estate career in Southwest Florida in 2017 and recently made the move back to her home state of Vermont to be closer to family, including her beloved new granddaughter.

As our Transaction Coordinator, Karen has become an integral part of our team, bringing meticulous attention to detail and a seamless approach to every step of the buying and selling process. Her ability to streamline transactions and keep every moving part on track has enhanced the efficiency of our entire team and earned her the genuine gratitude of clients and colleagues alike. Her proficiency and professionalism make her an indispensable part of how we operate.

With deep roots in customer service, Karen prides herself on being friendly, attentive, and relationship-driven. She loves working with people and is dedicated to making each client feel supported from start to finish.

Karen currently lives in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom and enjoys backyard BBQs, bonfires, and spending time with her small but close-knit circle of family and friends.
