Prior to this role, Mary Rose excelled as a Transaction Coordinator for a busy real estate brokerage. In that position, she became the central organizer of critical processes—from contract management and document review to coordinating inspections, tracking contingency deadlines, and maintaining flawless communication with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive coordination helped ensure transactions moved confidently from contract to closing. With a passion for process improvement and client service, Rose continues to support her team beyond administrative tasks—she proactively optimizes systems, anticipates needs, and helps Coldwell Banker Carlson deliver professional, polished real estate experiences in Stowe, Lamoille County, and Waterbury.
